Before Conference:

• -The last date for abstract submission … 31 April 2024  Closed
• -Early Bird Registration deadline….… 21 April 2024  Extended to 1 May 2024 (This is our last Extension)
• The last date for ‘Video presentation’ submission….… Extended to 10 May 2024 (This is our last Extension)-(The Video presentation is only applicable for those who will be participating online; for the authors who will present in person, no need for a video presentation since they will be joining us in Alanya.).
• -Last date for ‘Full Paper’ submission….… Extended to 29 May 2024 (This is our last Extension) 
• -You will receive the ‘First Draft of the Abstract Book’  on................. two weeks before the conference
• Conference Dates (Both online and in-person participants)…………………23-24 May 2024
• You will receive the ‘Conference Program’ on............. One week before the conference
• You will receive the final version of Abstract Book proceedings on ......One week before the conference
• You will receive a conference package including ‘Final Acceptance letter’, ‘Name Tage’, ‘Conference Program’, ‘Abstract book final version’, ‘Declaration of International Participation’ ..... One week before the conference

 After the conference:

• Final Official Acceptance Letter......................................You will receive it on 25 May 2024
• Certificate of Participation and Presentation”..............You will receive it on 25 May 2024
•  “Conference photos”  .......  You will receive on two weeks after the conference
• A list of selected articles for the journals and book chapters will be announced on.......... Two weeks after the conference
• Conference full book proceedings ............................................................... One month after the conference
• Editors of the selected articles for journals and book chapters will contact the authors of selected authors for extra revision and publication process......................................... 23 June 2024
