Before Conference:

-The last date for abstract submission … Abstract Submission Closed
-Early Bird Registration deadline….… Registration Closed
The last date for ‘Video presentation’ submission….…25 April 2025 (this is our last extension) -(The Video presentation is only applicable to those who will be participating online; for the authors who will present in person, there is no need for a video presentation since they will be joining us in Alanya.).
-Last date for ‘Full Paper’ submission….… Last Extention 8 May 2025 (this is our last extension)
-You will receive the ‘First Draft of the Abstract Book’ on: Two weeks before the conference
Conference Dates (Both online and in-person participants)…………………8-9 May 2025
You will receive the ‘Conference Program’ on... One week before the conference
You will receive the final version of Abstract Book proceedings on ......One week before the conference
You will receive a conference package including ‘Final Acceptance letter’, ‘Name Tage’, ‘Conference Program’, ‘Abstract book final version’, and ‘Declaration of International Participation’ ..... One week before the conference

After the conference:

Final Official Acceptance Letter......................................One week before the conference.
Certificate of Participation and Presentation”.............. One week after the conference.
“Conference photos” ....... You will receive it two weeks after the conference.
A list of selected articles for the journals and book chapters will be announced on.......... Two weeks after the conference
Conference full book proceedings ............................................................... One month after the conference
Editors of the selected articles for journals and book chapters will contact the authors of selected authors for extra revision and publication process......................................... One month after the conference.
